Shipping and delivery

Our apparel is made to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout should be read alongside the production information on the product page.

Shipping charges

Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping is not automatically free. Any free-shipping promotion applies only when it is expressly displayed and its conditions are met.

Tracking and separate packages

Tracking information is sent when available after your order ships. Items may ship separately, and tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Holiday orders and delays

We do not guarantee arrival by a particular holiday or event unless that guarantee is expressly stated for your order. Production volume, carrier delays, weather and customs can affect delivery.

Address changes and order help

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact support@mildlydeparted.com as soon as possible if you need help with an address, a delayed shipment or a missing package. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.
